Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness star as well as an Instagram superstar for many years. Ashley was born the USA in August 1994 and was born under the signs of Leo. Ashley isn't very vocal about her parents but her grandmother, who was an infamous bodybuilder in the 30s and 20s is credited with inspiring her fitness passion. Ashley was active physically from an early age. She started taking swimming lessons when she was just four years old and continued to do so for a further 10 years. The fact that she didn't adhere to eating a strict diet, meant she was not able to compete in many of the contests. There is a belief that she was popular in high school due to her gorgeous looks and curvy figure. However, it's not established if Ashley dated during this time. Ashley chose not to attend school after graduation and instead focused on her model career in fitness. Ashley was fifteen when she realised how dissatisfied she felt with her physique. Her grandpa who advised her to join the fitness center. He encouraged her to go slowly and to build her physique slowly. Inspired by her success Ashley took part in the World Championships in 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and won seventh place she was enthused to feel that she had suffered her loss and continued to train even harder. Ashley participated at this year's WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed fifth. As the competition was over, Ashley opted to not pursue competing. Although she had been receiving invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley didn't want her two jobs to get confused. After she had stopped competing, she became an exercise model. A popular fitness mag included her on the cover, which immediately launched a career for fitness models. The model has now gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has posed for numerous bikini brand names and globally renowned companies in the clothing industry.
